What started as one home kitchen in Girinagar is now a small bakery serving Banashankari and the streets around it. We never set out to be big. We set out to make the kind of cake you would happily put in front of your own family.
There is no overnight shelf here. Doughs are proved through the night, the first loaves leave the oven by seven, and cakes are baked only once you have ordered them. What reaches your door was made the same morning — that is the whole point.
